Common Core / Retracting Core / Sleeve Toggle / Retracting Outer Sleeve Tool has no Rotation

General Notes & Transportation Method
This version has no transportation requirements for the part. After the first shot has solidified enough to withstand injection pressure, then the outer sleeve is retracted. This exposes a new cavity and second shot is injected.

Relationship to Concept Part
Not all criteria are met. Exceptions are that there is no material on top and some geometry shapes in the below area would need to be negotiated.

Advantages: There is no first shot part relocation. The elimination of 2nd shot cavity positions allows for an eight cavity tool instead of the four cavity output. The reduction in transportation time may reduce cycle time.
Disadvantages: Part concessions.
